Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery. Orders ship from our US warehouse. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Order changes. Need to correct an address or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.

Delays. In rare cases (carrier issues, extreme weather, holiday peaks) delivery can take longer than expected. If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact us and we will chase it down.
