30-day returns
Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@thepawedition.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours with simple return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without approval cannot be processed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us a photo or short video within 30 days and choose a free replacement or a full refund. No return shipping needed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval, or of us receiving the returned item.

Gift cards and items marked final sale.
